Private One-to-One Yoga
Build a solid yoga foundation and have a private yoga session where I can focus on you. I will talk you through each pose making sure your posture is exactly right. For more advanced yogi's we can go deeper into your practice and explore new challenging postures. The session will be tailored exactly to your strengths and weaknesses and in the comfort of your own home.
Online Yoga
With online yoga, I offer live yoga classes that can be enjoyed from the comfort of your own home. This contributes towards a healthy active lifestyle, adding movement to your day whether you are working from home or at leisure. My classes provide the convenience you need without sacrificing the benefits of an in-studio practice. I am able to give you personalised corrections and guidance to help you improve your skills and meet your goals. Join our community and make friends online as you practice yoga in the most convenient way possible.
